Shipping & returns
The items will be packed and shipped in 1 business day from the approval of order
Orders will be sent within 1-2 business days with DHL.
Tracking information will be emailed to the customer when the order is processed
Estimated Delivery 2-5 business days
Please note- Customers are responsible for paying all local taxes and duties
Orders that haven’t been shipped can be canceled- if you wish to cancel your order- please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order
Alma Ola will accept returned products that are not from the final sale section
All return items must be clean, unused, unwashed and with original hang tags and hygienic stickers haven’t been removed.
Items that have been used or washed cannot be returned.
Customers will be responsible for shipping charges.
Please follow the next steps to return :
- If you wish to return your package, email INFO@ALMAOLA.COM within 14 days of receiving it.
- Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Please fill out the return form attached to your package once you receive authorization mail to make the return.
- Send the item you wish to return to the address below with the return form to the following address:

All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
Alma Ola will not be responsible for lost packages
Once approved your return items, we will send return confirmation via email
Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your return.
Store credit or a refund can be given for returned items
if you wish to receive store credit – the store credit will be issued for the amount of the purchased items and will be emailed to you once we finish the return process.
if you wish to receive refund- refund will be issued to the payment method in which the order was placed and for the amount of the returned items. Please allow 5 business days to process the refund.
The refund amount will be deducted 5% of the purchase amount or a total of 27$ , whichever is lower.
